What's your ride-or-die Delhi thing?

Deep Dive

I'm a streamer from Eastern Europe passing through Delhi and already hooked on parts of the city. For locals and long-timers: what's the one ride-or-die thing about Delhi you can't give up?

  • Morning chai and your local vendor
  • Metro convenience or a reliable rickshaw driver
  • Street food that hits every time
  • Weekend markets and hidden cafés
  • Festivals, local adda, or a favorite park

Drop your pick and why. If you had to keep only one Delhi thing, what would it be?

Ride-or-die: morning chai from your local vendor.
Pros: simple ritual that grounds your day and gives a small social check-in; cheap and supports a local person.
Cons: hygiene and quality can be hit or miss; queues and timing can be inconvenient; not ideal if you need strict consistency or low-waste options.
